Competence of the Guarantee

Army Specs guarantees that each product sold by us is free from defects in materials or workmanship for as long as you own the product, or for the maximum period indicated in the return policies.

 

EXCLUSION OF COVERAGE

The following are excluded from coverage under this warranty:

 

Products purchased external to Army Specs.

Damage resulting from abuse or misuse.

Damage resulting from prolonged use or wear.

Damage resulting from handling or a customer modification.

Damage resulting from exposure to a caustic substance.

Consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, and/or special damages.

This warranty is exclusively provided by Tactical Mexico Sales in relation to the product and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Tactical Mexico Sales disclaims all other express or implied warranties.

 

In the event of an approved return or refund, the Product must be shipped prepaid and insured (Army Specs assumes no responsibility for the products during shipment by the customer to our warranty department and shipping costs are non-refundable).

 

If Army Specs determines that the product is defective, it will be replaced or repaired. All determinations made by Tactical Mexico Sales shall be within the sole discretion of Army Specs and shall be final.

 

Return Policy

 

Army Specs has a 30-day return policy. You may return your merchandise to Army Specs within 30 days of receipt of your product. Refunds will be made to the source used to make the original payment.

 

The shipment will only be returned if the merchandise is defective or there was an error in the shipment. The shipping cost will not be refunded in cases of personal dislikes or size problems. In the event that the model to be returned is no longer available for return, a product of equal value may be ordered.

 

Army Specs' return policy only applies to orders placed directly with Army Specs and will not accept returns on merchandise purchased from retail stores or other sources. The products cannot be used or washed and must present the original labels attached to the product. Please make sure to follow the washing and handling instructions carefully as returns or exchanges due to product washing errors are not admissible.
